33-year professor at Teacher Training University and holder of a Ph.D. in Sports Physiology from the University of Montreal, Canada. He has published more than 120 domestic and 42 foreign articles, authored and translated 21 books and conducted 8 research projects. Dr. Gharakhanlou possesses 29 years of experience in sports management and currently is the Director of the National Olympic Academy of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
