He was born in 1947 and after a car accident in 1976, he started living on a wheelchair. He founded The Iranian Disabled Community. In 1981, he was appointed as President of the Iranian Federation of Sports for the Disabled and founded Sports for the Disabled. He is currently a member of the Urban Environment and Public Places Adaptation Headquarters of the Martyr and Veterans Foundation and is currently the Managing Director of the Rehabilitation Industries Design and Engineering Company.
