Hamid Azizi presented a comprehensive report on the team’s readiness,
expressing gratitude for the continuous support from the Ministry, provincial
departments, and the National Olympic Committee.
Praised
by Donyamali for their diligent preparations, the minister expressed optimism
for strong performances that would bring pride to the Iranian people. He also
noted that host limitations in Dakar resulted in fewer sports disciplines
compared to the 2018 Buenos Aires Games, a factor that should be factored into
evaluations of the national squad’s performance.
