NOC; Tehran: Chef de Mission of the delegation Dr. Asghar Rahimi thanked the
various departments for their efforts, stating that the executive team remains
on schedule and that required planning has been completed across all areas. He
said any sudden changes or issues announced by the Organizing Committee are
promptly shared through a dedicated social-media group to ensure all members
are informed.

readiness; travel arrangements for teams departing Tehran directly and those
travelling from other countries; accreditation card distribution;
doping-control and medical-examination procedures; the documentary crew’s
attendance; training-camp visits; and preparation of accommodation and

representatives, the welcome ceremony, shortcomings in the local transport
system and its outsourcing by the Organizing Committee, competition schedules,
team arrivals and departures, and the teams’ foreign-currency and related
requirements. Representatives from national teams monitoring center, protocol,
sports medicine, international affairs, logistics and support, security,
finance and public relations attended the meeting.
