National Olympic Committee has published a comprehensive guidebook outlining the qualification systems for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, providing athletes, coaches and sports federations with detailed information on the pathways to Olympic qualification.
Iran
NOC; Tehran: The 138-page publication was prepared by the National Teams
Monitoring Centre and includes the qualification regulations announced by
international federations up to spring 2026. The guide covers the qualification
processes for more than 30 sports, including quota allocation methods, key
qualifying events, world rankings, continental and global competitions, athlete
eligibility requirements, National Olympic Committee quota limits and important
timelines. The publication aims to support sports federations, national team
officials and athletes in developing effective plans for the LA28 qualification
journey. The guide will be continuously updated as international federations
release new regulations or make revisions, while the official English versions
issued by international federations will remain the final reference.
