procurement. He noted that as the final roster of athletes and staff takes
shape, administrative processes must be completed well ahead of the final
departure dates to ensure operational efficiency.
The
meeting featured progress reports from Dr. Gholamreza Norouzi on medical and anti-doping
protocols, as well as a comprehensive briefing by Reza Shajie, Director of the
National Team Monitoring Center, regarding the current status of the
participating teams. Senior officials from various departments, including
protocol, public relations, finance, and international affairs, reaffirmed
their commitment to maintaining a rigorous schedule as they finalize
operational details.
