seventh installment in a series of sports psychology webinars organized by the
Academy’s specialized center. The session aims to equip national team coaches
and athletes with the “SMART” methodology (Specific, Measurable, Achievable,
Relevant, and Time-bound) to enhance performance and maintain mental well-being
