Iran NOC; Tehran:  In a strategic move to optimize the country’s performance at the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games, the National Olympic Committee has released a comprehensive analytical report focused on the qualification criteria for the event.

The report, compiled by the National Teams Monitoring Center, provides an in-depth examination of the new participation systems established for the Dakar 2026 Games. It outlines the complexities of the quota allocation process, identifies key opportunities for Iranian athletes, and specifies the essential requirements necessary for a successful showing in the upcoming competition.

The Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games, marking the first-ever Olympic event to be hosted on the African continent, will feature a revised approach by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) regarding athlete participation. This new framework has been specifically designed to promote global sports development and broaden the inclusion of diverse nations within the Olympic movement.
