A new cooperation agreement has been signed between the National Olympic Committee of Iran and Bank Eghtesad Novin (ENBANK) aimed at supporting nine promising young athletes under a structured long-term development programme.

NOC; Tehran: The signing ceremony is scheduled to be done at the Farsi Hall of
the National Olympic Academy, bringing together senior officials from both the
National Olympic Committee and the Bank. The agreement forms part of a broader
initiative to strengthen pathways for emerging talent across key Olympic
sports.
Under
this partnership, nine athletes from Wrestling, tTaekwondo, weightlifting and Aquatics
will be placed under a five-year support framework designed to enhance their
progression toward elite international competition. The selected athletes
include Amir Sam Mohammadi, Amir Mohammad Zarrin Kam, Morteza Haj Molla
Mohammadi and Mohammad Parsa Tahmasebi (wrestling), Hana Zarrin Kamar
(taekwondo), Taha Nematipour, Hossein Yazdani Parikhan and Mahsa Beheshti
(weightlifting), and Mohammad Mehdi Gholami (aquatic sports).
Officials
from both institutions emphasized that the programme is intended to create a
sustainable development model for identifying, nurturing and retaining future
elite athletes, with coordinated support from relevant sports federations and a
focus on long-term performance pathways.
