Athletes’ Commission Vice & Monitoring Center Experts Visit NFs’ Preps
Milad Vaziri, Vice Chair of the NOC Athletes’ Commission accompanied by experts Mohammad Hossein Maleki and Jamal Shayegan from the National Teams Monitoring Center, conducted visits to the training camps of Iran’s national basketball, volleyball, beach volleyball, and shooting teams.

During the visits, the visiting team engaged with athletes, coaching staff, and federation officials to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the training programs. The basketball camp review focused on tactical planning and players’ physical conditioning, while the volleyball and beach volleyball sessions emphasized tactical execution, team coordination, and preparation for upcoming competitions. In shooting, discussions centered on maintaining athletes’ mental and psychological readiness under competitive conditions.

 

Federation representatives provided updates on preparation schedules, international competition plans, and support programs, while athletes and coaches highlighted equipment needs, training facilities, and logistical challenges. The Monitoring Center’s experts emphasized the importance of promptly addressing obstacles, ensuring necessary resources, and strengthening communication between federations and the oversight center. These evaluations are part of the NOC’s efforts to enhance national teams’ preparation for the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games and other upcoming international events, while promoting transparency and accountability in the oversight of federation performance.
