The second in a series of specialized sessions for coaches participating in the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games was held at the Paralympic Hall.

Tehran: The workshop focused on the critical theme of “Training Science and
Control of the Preparation Process for National Teams,” organized by the
National Teams Monitoring Center of the National Olympic Committee. Following
the first specialized workshop for coaches heading to the Aichi-Nagoya Asian
Games, which covered “Psychological Considerations, Stress Management, and
Resilience” last week, the second session commenced.
Dr. Bahman
Mirzaei and Dr. Hamid Rajabi served as instructors for this session, alongside
invited coaches slated to attend the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games. The specialized
workshops for national team coaches will continue weekly on Mondays, covering a
range of topics including: Psychological Considerations for National Athletes,
Prevention and Management of Sports Injuries, Nutritional Do’s and Don’ts,
Post-Training and Post-Competition Monitoring and Care (Recovery), Doping and
its Prevention, and Management of Training Sequencing and Periodization.
