The 4th meeting of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) Coaches’ Commission took place at the NOC headquarters, featuring commission members and special guests.
Led
by Commission Chair Minoo Maddah, the session began with a review of the
statistics and feedback from the first National Team Coaches’ Empowerment
Conference held last year. Dr. Reza Shajie, Director of the National Teams
Monitoring Center, presented survey data and key performance indicators from
the inaugural event to the members. The agenda focused on planning the second
edition of the empowerment conference. Participants shared recommendations
regarding core topics, specialized themes, and potential speakers. In the
concluding remarks, it was decided that the Commission will organize the second
conference with a strategic focus on individual and team development, serving
as a support pillar for the nation’s coaching staff.
