The third meeting of the National Olympic Committee Coaches’ Commission was held at the NOC headquarters.
Iran NOC; Tehran: During the
meeting, members discussed key challenges with Dr. Reza Shajiee, Director of
the National Teams Monitoring Centre. The Commission approved the organization
of the first specialized seminar for national team coaches, titled “Roadmap to
Excellence”, scheduled for 24 December, focusing on coach education,
masterclass content and experience sharing. Members also agreed on conducting
surveys and assessments to establish a national database for coaches.
