The first educational and specialized workshop for the country’s delegation to the Asian Youth Games Bahrain was held this morning at the Paralympic Conference Hall. The program was organized in line with the Asian Olympic Council (OCA) guidelines and aimed at enhancing the overall preparedness of athletes, coaches, and team officials.
Iran NOC; Tehran: The workshop featured some lectures.
Topics included the development of mental skills, better understanding of the
international environment, and strengthening cultural and media capabilities of
athletes. Key themes discussed during the session included national identity,
cultural values and symbols, the history of Iranian sport and its international
achievements, as well as training in travel writing. Further one-day workshops
are scheduled for 30 September and 7 October, covering subjects such as sports
diplomacy, international etiquette and protocol, athlete protection, motivation
and self-confidence, image and media management, media interview training, and
the use of artificial intelligence tools in media content production.
