CIST (International Workers and Amateurs Sports Confederation) World Sports Games, was held from June 3 to 8, 2025, in the coastal city of Loutraki, Greece.
Iran NOC; Tehran: The Iranian delegation called the "Ambassadors of
Labor and Honor"—secured a total of 88 medals across six disciplines: 46
Gold, 25 Silver and 17 Bronze. Iranian athletes competed in Swimming, Athletics,
Greco-Roman Wrestling, Beach Wrestling, Judo, and Table Tennis. Swimming led
the medal tally with 55 medals (25 gold, 17 silver, 13 bronze), Athletics
followed with 17 medals (9 gold), Table Tennis earned 5 medals (2 gold, 2
silver, 1 bronze), Greco-Roman Wrestling and Beach Wrestling each secured 4
gold medals and Judo added 2 golds and 1 silver. The achievement highlights
Iran's growing stature in global workers’ sports and reflects the athletes’
dedication and discipline on the international stage.
