Mohammad Biranvand, the Iranian 15-year old Trap athlete managed to win gold medal and secure Paris 2024 Olympic Games quota in Asian Championship in Kuwait.
Iran NOC; Tehran: On the second
day of the Trap Asian Championship in Kuwait and at the end of the 5 rounds of
the preliminary stage, Mohammad Biranvand entered the finals as the first player
by recording 121 while breaking the country's record. In the final, he
completed his excellent performance by winning the gold medal and a historic quota
for the Paris 2024 Olympics. This is the first Olympic quota in the history of
shooting in Trap section.
