Considering the numerous honors of national indoor Hockey team in Asian competitions and recently retaining the world third runner-up title, the need to provide support for indoor hockey and start to win important titles in field hockey, which is one of the important goals in the new management term, formation of this organization will be the first step for this important matter, so that the organization members implement the approved programs and bring Iran to its true position in field hockey as well as indoor hockey, as strongly as possible.
Compilation of the constitution and synchronization of the Hockey
Federation's programs in line with the Asian Hockey Confederation and the importance of the Hockey development among the youth; say, free access to the sport, education and supporting young coaches and players, training hockey in schools, universities, municipalities and forming national U-21 and U-16 teams will count as the most important objectives of this organization which leads to success in through regular planning.
