Dubai Fun Run promotes 16th Asian
The 16th Asian Games Fun Run took place in Dubai, UAE, on March 25, and was attended by Doctor Moosa Abbas, the Director of the UAE NOC, and Mr. Yu Xiaobo, the Deputy Director of the "Road of Asia" project, Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee.

Some 300 children from schools across Dubai took part in the run, which was held over 200 meters in al Mamzar Park, Dubai. The event was supported by the UAE Athletics Federation.

The fun runs are being held to support the 16th Asian Games that will take place in Guangzhou, China, from November 12-27, 2010, when 20,000 athletes from the 45 Asian NOCs will participate in 42 sports.
