Iranian boxers claim bronze medals
Two Iranian boxers have claimed bronze medals at the 2nd Benazir Bhutto International Boxing Tournament in Islamabad, Pakistan.
 
In 69kg category, Iran’s Shahrouz Toradideh was defeated by Normtov  from Uzbekistan 14-4 and seized the bronze.

Majid Hajabbasi from Iran lost to Syrian Manaf Asaad 22-17 in 81kg and claimed the bronze medal.

Iran’s Ali Salmani in the 91kg class will face Soumar Ghossoun from Syria on Thursday in the final match.

A total of 16 teams namely, Pakistan, India, Iran, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Central Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Nepal, Philippines, Syria, Slovenia and Singapore are participating in the tournament at the Liaquat Gymnasium in Islamabad.
