Children’s painting contest held in Olympic Day
Iran’s National Olympic Committee held Children’s Painting under the theme of Olympic Charter. The contest was held with the slogan of “Stronger, Higher, Faster.”

 About 30 children and their parents participated in the event.
Some of 30 young girls and boys drew their own vision of Olympic with colored pencil on papers.
A workshop on various subjects was held at the beginning of the contest. Environment, sports, respect, olympism, heroes, fair games, attempts, and fighting horrors were among the subjects trained during the workshop.
Bahram Afsharzadeh, secretary general of Iran’s National Olympic Committee had participated in the event and granted prizes to all children present at the contest.
Over 6,000 female and male runners attended the Olympic Day in two consecutive days. Winner receives various awards including bicycles and cell phones.
