Only 1 H1N1 case to date
On the anti-doping front, the results of the 76 tests taken pre-competition and during competition have been negative.

After six days of the first Asian Martial Arts Games, the Olympic Council of Asia is pleased to report there has been only one positive case of the H1N1 virus to date. Dr. Jegathesan, Chairman of the OCA's Medical Committee, reported on Thursday that the female athlete was recovering well in a hospital in Suphan Buri, the second site of the Games after the capital Bangkok.

On the anti-doping front, the results of the 76 tests taken pre-competition and during competition have been negative.

"Our testing programme will continue in the same stringent way to the end of the Games," said Dr. Jega.

"The Olympic Council of Asia is highly appreciative of the efforts being made by the medical and anti-doping sub-committees of BAMAGOC in conducting the above programmes in an official and successful manner.
