In line with the measures taken for the 6th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games within the upcoming November in Thailand; Dr. Seyed Manaf Hashemi held a short meeting with Nasseradin Heydari, the Iranian Ambassador to Bangkok.

Hashemi, after visiting various venues in Bangkok and Chonburi and participating
in the coordination meeting of the organizing committee of the games, during his
meeting with the Iranian ambassador in Thailand, while referring to the process
of preparing athletes representing in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games and the
Asian Indoor Games expressed: “Next year, after the Paris Olympic Games, we
have the sixth edition of the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games ahead of us,
and for this purpose, we hope that the embassy of our country will cooperate
well with the National Olympic Committee and the delegation to participate in
these competitions without any worries. Fairly, the embassies of our country in
different parts of the world have good cooperation with the sports teams and delegations,
and I would like to express my gratitude to these colleagues who have always supported
us in international events. I hope that this support and cooperation will
continue for the Asian Indoor Games”.
Heydari, the Iranian Ambassador
to Bangkok added: “We have always supported the sports teams of our country
that have traveled to Thailand, and this support will be doubled for the sports
delegation in the Asian Indoor Games, because the goal of the athletes is to
promote the sacred flag of our country is in the international arenas. Iranian
embassy in Thailand is prepared for any kind of cooperation with the National
Olympic Committee and the leadership staff of the delegation”.
