Dr. Seyed Manaf Hashemi, the NOC Secretary-General and Chef de Mission for Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games participated in the first coordination meeting held in Bangkok.
Iran NOC; Tehran: Officials of
the 6th Asian Indoor Games and Martial Arts Organizing Committee, while
presenting a report on the condition of the venues, transportation,
accommodation and team ceremonies, confirmed their readiness to hold these
competitions. These games, which are scheduled to be held jointly in Bangkok
and Chonburi between November 21 and 30, 2024, will see Asian athletes compete
in 36 main disciplines and 2 demonstration disciplines in the form of 365
events. During this meeting, the representatives of the Olympic Committees from
different Asian countries, together with the members of the organizing
committee of the games, visited the various places and venues of the
competitions, the transportation and accommodation of the athletes in the two cities
of Bangkok and Chonburi.
