The "Olympic Solidarity" sports management course, designed for managers and staff of the National Olympic Committee, the National Paralympic Committee, and the Ministry of Sports and Youth, commenced this morning at the training and research center of the National Olympic Academy.

source for this four-day course, like other "Olympic Solidarity"
sports management courses, is the book "Sports Management Guide."
This book is authored by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and
translated by the National Olympic Committee of Iran and is provided to the
participants for reference throughout the course.
The course, organized and
implemented by the Olympic Solidarity of the National Olympic Committee, covers
the following topics: the foundations of the Olympic movement, the Olympic
Games, sustainability through sports, the environment and sports, human
resources management, performance management and evaluation, the use of virtual
space in sports organizations, social media in sports, management skills
(communications and decision-making), sports travel planning, ethics in sports,
the importance of sports for society, ethical issues in doping, and group
activities conducted by participants during the course.
