The International Olympic Committee Executive Board approved the list of 32 athletes for the upcoming IOC Athletes’ Commission election to be held during Paris 2024.
Iran NOC; Tehran: Soraya Aghaei,
the Iranian female Olympian in Badminton has been included in this list. The list
of 18 females and 14 males, who will seek election to the International Olympic
Committee (IOC) Athletes’ Commission (AC) next year at the Olympic Games Paris
2024, has been approved by the IOC Executive Board (EB). Four positions are up
for election. The candidates, who have been nominated by their respective
National Olympic Committees (NOCs) together with their Athletes’ Commissions,
come from 15 sports and 32 NOCs.
