The Organizing Committee of Hangzhou Asian Games holds joint meeting with delegations’ Chefs de Mission and OCA officials.
Iran NOC; Tehran: The 19th
edition of the Asian Games in Hangzhou will be held from 23 September with the
opening ceremony, while delegations from the countries of the old continent are
entering and settling in the Games Village. Due to the presence of most of the
participating countries in the Games Village and the approaching of the
competitions before the opening, the Organizing Committee holds regular
meetings with the Chefs de Mission. Dr. Seyed Manaf Hashemi as the Iranian Chef
de Mission and NOC Secretary-General along with Farid Fattahian, the delegation’s
Deputy participated in the first briefing and meeting. In this meeting,
increasing the working hours and menu of the restaurant, increasing the working
hours of the transportation system in the village, flag raise, round-the-clock
service of the ID card verification service, etc. were discussed and Chefs de
Mission also announced their concerns and recommendations to the officials of
the Organizing Committee. These meetings will be held regularly until the end
of the games in order to assist the participating countries.
