Ćirić athletes won against Hong Kong in the elimination round of the 2022 Asia
Water Polo Championship and advanced to the top four teams with five
consecutive wins. On the sixth day of the 2022 Asian Water Polo Championship, Iran,
which was the first team in Group A, went to the elimination round of this
tournament, lined up against Hong Kong, the fourth team in Group B where the
rival was defeated so as for Ciric to face Japan and Korea in the next games.
