The meeting of Sports and Environment Commission was held with presence of members and online format.
Iran NOC; Tehran: The second
meeting of the Sports and Environment Commission of the National Olympic
Committee was held with the agenda of presenting the work report of the
commission in the past months, setting the work calendar of the commission in
the next six months and responding to letters from specialized organizations.
Also, following up correspondence
with specialized scientific organizations and centers in order to carry out
joint actions, feasibility study of holding a short film festival "Sports
and Environment" in Clean Air Week (December 2021) and holding a
scientific webinar on "Sustainable Sports Management" in Physical
Education week at Kharazmi University were discussed. Development and promotion
of the space designed for the commission on Instagram, preparation of
scientific contents of the commission in the form of multimedia in cyberspace,
compilation of the book "Methodology of Environmental Activities for the
Student Sports Federation" commissioned by this federation and sending the
letter of the commission to all relevant sports federations to introduce the Chairman
of the Environment Committee and to hold a joint meeting were the approvals of the
Commission.
