The 91st meeting of the NOC Executive Board was held.
At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Salehi Amiri, President of the
National Olympic Committee, referring to the efforts to continue the success of
sports in future programs, highlighted that managerial stability in the
federations must be focused on and all situations in the country's sports must
be considered because in evaluations, paying attention to the national and
macro interests of sports is the principle.
He added: "Without a doubt, there are strengths and weaknesses
in each organization, but we should not only focus on the weaknesses; we need
to also pay attention to the positive and prominent points and have a language
of gratitude; we must have the necessary support to the NFs”.
Then, the new regulations of the Athletes Commission were reviewed
and discussed. The previous regulations, according to the instructions of the
International Olympic Committee and with the cooperation of the Athletes
Commission were taken into consideration. It was decided to inform the members
of the regulations at next week's meeting
At the end of the meeting, the plans and programs for updating and
optimizing the National Olympic Academy were presented and discussed, then the
requests received from the sports federations were reviewed and appropriate
decisions were made.
