In addition to the delegation sent to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, 8 other Iranians were invited to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games by various international federations.
Iran NOC; Tehran: In the Olympic or Asian Games, apart from
the supervisory staff, officials, coaches and athletes who are sent to these
games in the form of our country's delegation, there are always Iranians who
are represented by different world federations as referees, doctors,
representatives or a member of the IF. In this edition of the 2020 Tokyo
Olympic Games, 8 Iranians were invited by different international federations
to participate in this great event.
Afshin Badiei as a member of the Jury and Simin Rezaei as a
referee in Table Tennis, Majid Naseri Khoram as a referee in Cycling, Mohammad
Mosalaeipour as a Wrestling referee, Farhad Moradi Shahpar as a member of the
Medical Commission of FINA, Ali Moradi as an ITO (Technical Representative) in Weightlifting,
Ahmad Donyamali, a Board Member of the World Canoe Federation, and Pariya
Shahriari, as a member of the Executive Board of the Football Federation, are the
representatives of our country who are participating in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic
Games.
