The first Olympic Solidarity Sports Management Course for the deputies and officials of women's sports in the provinces, was organized by the Olympic Solidarity of the National Olympic Committee in cooperation with the Deputy Minister of Women's Sports Development of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

Solidarity the National Olympic Committee organizes Olympic Solidarity Sports
Management courses every year with the support of the IOC Olympic Solidarity
Commission. The purpose of holding these courses is to empower, upgrade and
improve the level of knowledge of sports managers across the country. The first
Olympic Solidarity Sports Management Course in 2021 was dedicated to the
deputies and officials of women's sports in the provinces; at the request of
the Deputy Minister of Women's Sports Development of the Ministry of Sports and
Youth.
In the online section, Ms.
Tahereh Taherian instructed a course on the evolution of women's sports in the
world and the history of women's sports in Iran, Dr. Mahin Farhadizad talked
about cultural and social considerations in the field of women's sports,
leading women's sports teams and delegations and Dr. Fariba Mohammadian briefed
women's issues in the Olympic Movement, the principles and foundations of
women's management in sports organizations.
Dr. Sajjadi explained the structure of the
International Olympic Committee, the Movement and the Olympic Ideals; and Dr.
Abbas Ali Gaini reviewed the importance of sports in society and ethics in
sports. Dr. Hossein Akbari Yazdi taught about the concepts of strategic
orientation in sports and the system of strategic planning and evaluation in
sports as the mentioned topics were provided to the participants in the form of
educational content (offline) through the website of the National Olympic
Committee.
