22nd Meeting of NOC Strategic Council Held

Iran NOC; Tehran: In this meeting, Dr. Salehi Amiri, President of the National Olympic Committee, Mehdi, commission Secretaries and other officials were present.

At the beginning, Dr. Salehi Amiri, President of the National Olympic Committee, briefly reviewed Commissions’ performance and appreciated their Chairs and held: "Ethics and justice dictate that we appreciate everyone without borders, because we are a family but some played very different and big roles, such as Ms. Taherian, who played a very important role. Commissions act as think-tanks for sports directors and can serve as role models at the national and even regional levels, and can also play an important role in sports as policymakers. Our goal in commissions is to create new capacity to move from hardware to software space. Sport has two dimensions, physical and mental, which are very fat physically but remained thin mentally and requires to production and reproduction of the thoughts that the commissions try to give spirit to sport by increasing such knowledge”.
