Olympic Solidarity Sports Management is one of the programs of the International Olympic Solidarity Commission, which is organized by the Olympic Solidarity of the National Olympic Committee the purpose of which is to promote and match the scientific, executive and managerial levels of officials and managers of sports organizations in the country.
Iran NOC; Tehran: due to the
outbreak of the Corona virus, the Olympic Solidarity has started to produce
educational content for holding Olympic sports management courses in the form
of distance (virtual) learning.
At the request of the Student Sports
Federation, the first virtual course of Olympic Solidarity Sports Management
for officials of the NF and of provinces across the country will be held from 3
to 17 November.
Participants in this course will
learn issues related to Olympic Movement and Sports Management by IOC approved
instructors: Olympic ideals - ethics, sports and humanity - the importance of
sports in society the student and the host school plan will be introduced.
It should be noted that the
educational resource for Olympic Solidarity Management courses is the book
"Sports Management Guide", which is written by the International
Olympic Committee solely for teaching in these courses and translated by the
National Olympic Committee provided to the participants.
At the end, all participants will
be awarded an Olympic Solidarity Certificate signed by the President of the
International Olympic Committee and the President of the National Olympic
Committee.
