Thanks to the positive activities and the efforts put into life-saving measures in the region, Mr. Ilkhan Nouri, President of Iran Life-Saving and Diving Federation was appointed as the Advisor to Norman Farmer, Head of the Asia-Pacific Life-Saving Development.
