Dr. Seyed Reza Salehi Amiri, the NOC President who participated in the 73rd Executive Board Meeting of Olympic Council of Asia was stated that I. R. Iran NOC is well prepared and eager to welcome the OCA EB Members for the next meeting.

NOC: participating in the 73rd Executive Board Meeting of the
Olympic Council of Asia, the Iranian NOC President, Dr. Seyed Reza Salehi Amiri
stated that Iran would host the next EB Session in 2020 after the final dates
and venue are announced by the Iran NOC.
“I
take the opportunity to greet and appreciate the Honorable OCA President,
Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah. I also forward my gratitude to the Qatar NOC (QOC)
for such professional reception and hosting the 73rd EB Session.
Acknowledging
Approval of Iran’s bid to host the next EB Meeting in 2020 marks the EB
Members’ trust and good faith for which we are completely prepared” held the
NOC President addressing the Board Members.
“Iran
is a country with population of over 80 million, 6/5 of which is professionally
involved with high-performance sports in 14000 local sports bureaus in 31
provinces distributed in various cultural and ethnic diversities. In the next
EB Meeting, the Board Members will be able to pay visit to our sports, historic
and geographical potentials”.
“Iran
NOC will be completely cooperative in facilitating travel arrangements for the
EB Members in the next meeting” held the President.
