The 2nd Preliminary Educational Course for Condition Coaches was held at Iran NOA Physical Fitness Development & Analysis.
Iran NOC: This is the second round of the course held for conditioning
coaches in order to homogenize and update the participants’ training science
and providing them with facilities and equipment of the NOA. Biometrical
preparations, sport nutrition, strength training, preliminary examination,
corrective movements and CPR were among the most important the topics taught to
the coaches during the 4-day class.
