No one can forget the day July 15, 2009 when Tehran-Yerevan plane crashed and all judo national squad lost their lives over this horrific and unpleasant accident.
10 years ago at 11:38 the flight 7908 took off from Imam
Khomeini Airport and crashed a while later in Qazvin killing 138 passengers
including the Iranian national judo team.
Each year, the NOC and the whole sports community mourns for
this loss and the deprivation that came to judo society.
May all of them rest in peace, cherishing their memory.
