Dr. Salehi Amiri, the Iranian NOC President participated in a friendly gathering with NOC personnel and answered their questions.
According to the report released
by NOC Public Relations Department, President Salehi Amiri invited the NOC
personnel to a friendly gathering held at the newly renovated Farsi Intl.
Congress Hall and gave them the opportunity to share their problems and feelings
directly with him and other NOC directors.
“I try to develop and execute the
defined programs within the 4 years of my presence here at NOC. I do believe in
running such projects within our responsibilities and it all belongs to you as
the NOC personnel and to the sports community” said Dr. Salehi Amiri in his
opening statements.
NOC President emphasized the
importance and value of the workforces and all who are involved with NOC
affairs including the retired ones and went on: “this congress hall and the NOC
premises is our second home; no one can be indifferent to his/her home, and as
such a moving toward promoting the NOC construction to international standards all
of us to be responsible and accountable for”.

highlighted the significance of renovation and pointed out that Sport, Olympic
and Paralympic Museum besides Farsi International Congress Hall are the
instances whose renovations were seriously and carefully considered and carried
out.
“our responsibility is to fulfill
long-term objectives while commending the activities of the predecessors”
stated Dr. Salehi Amiri.
NOC President also took the value
of the retired personnel to imply and held: “human dignity, cost of living and
fairness are the 3 axes which must be always taken into consideration by myself
and our NOC directors in relation with the personnel”.
The meeting was adjourned for a
brief ceremony so as to commend the retired staff.
