Expressing sympathy with the people, the National Olympic Committee and the Afghan sports community, the Iranian National Olympic Committee condemned the recent terrorist bombings attacks in Kabul.
According to the report released by NOC Public
Relations Department, Iran NOC sent a message in this regard stating:
“The recent terrorist explosions in Kabul, in
the vicinity of the sports facilities of the National Olympic Committee and the
Afghan Football Association, which victimized and wounded a number of
defenseless people, incited a wave of regret among the great nation and the
Iranian sports community.
Condemning the recent terrorist incidents and
sympathizing with the people, National Olympic Committee and the sports
community of Afghanistan, it is hoped that the world sports community and
Muslims condemn such blatant and vicious Takfiri sabotage and the people and sports
community of Afghanistan could soon regain their health and well-being in the
aftermath of this heinous crime”.
