Iranian junior Greco-Roman wrestlers took the first place in Asian Championships which is underway in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Iranian squad also received two quotas for wrestling at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics slated to be held from October 6-18 in the Parque Polideportivo Roca in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Iran with 3 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals ranked first.
Iranian athletes Amir Reza Deh Bozorgi in 15kg weight category, Sajad Abbas Pou in 48kg category and Mohammad Nosrati in 92kg category received gold medals.
Shahin Bodaghi in 60kg category snatched a silver medal.
Amir Hossein Khansari and Mohammad Reza Abdian in 55 and 110 weight categories ranked third.
