– Iran will participate at the 19th Youth Asian Weightlifting Championship with seven representatives.
The competition will be held in Kathmandu, Nepal from July 21 to 29.
The team, headed by Mohammad Hossein Barkhah was expected to take part in the competition with four weightlifters.
The Iranian team consists of Ruhollah Beiralvand (69kg), Afshin Taheri (77kg), Amir Reza Asgari and Mehdi Papi (85kg), Hamid Reza Zare (94kg), Mohammad Shahabandaz and Hossein Saki (+94kg).
