The chairperson of OCA women and sport committee, Natalya Sipovich met with the vice president of Iran National Olympic Committee, Robab Shahrian, on Wednesday, May 21.
Tehran, Iran: Robab Shahrian welcomed Natalya Sipovich who traveled to Iran to attend the 66th Olympic Council of Asia EB and explained about Iran’s plans for women and sport in a joint meeting.
Shahrian offered some suggestions to develop women’s sport activities which impressed Sipovich and they laid out plans for more research and finding more serious solutions for this matter to implement the ideas.
Sports Association and Technical manger of OCA meeting
The president of sports association federation, Mohammad Alipour and the president of Skating Federation, Fariba Mohammadian also discussed about the development of Skating in Iran and Asia with Technical Manager of OCA in a joint meeting.
“Skating activities is increasing in Iran and our athletes are prepared to participate in more serious Asian events. I appreciate the constant support of technical manager of OCA. I hope Iranian skating athletes will be able to attend more credible competitions like Asian Games and important indoor games.” The president of Skating Federation mentioned during the meeting.
“I am thankful to the OCA technical manager and I have to say that he is popular among Iranian athletes. I also hope we can develop Skating in Iran with his positive vision of our country.” The president of the Federation of Sports Association said.
The Technical Manager of OCA, Heidar Farman also admired Iran’s activities in different sports fields and said:” Good decisions will be made in near future.”
